Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Kemkomdigi) bersama dengan Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Politik, Hukum, dan Keamanan (Kemenko Polhukam) dan Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) telah melakukan rapat gabungan untuk membahas pemberantasan judi online di Indonesia.

Dalam rapat tersebut, diputuskan tiga langkah strategis untuk memberantas judi online. Pertama, kerja sama dengan platform teknologi dan penyelenggara jasa internet untuk melakukan pemblokiran konten judi online. Kedua, penegakan hukum dan pelacakan aliran keuangan judi online. Ketiga, koordinasi lintas negara untuk menyasar aktivitas pencucian uang dan kampanye edukasi publik tentang bahaya judi online.

Pemerintah berkomitmen untuk memberantas judi online yang semakin meresahkan masyarakat Indonesia. Langkah-langkah strategis ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi dampak negatif judi online dan melindungi masyarakat, terutama generasi muda.
