Wakil Presiden Gibran Rakabuming Raka membuka kanal pengaduan masyarakat yang dapat diakses langsung dengan mendatangi Istana Wakil Presiden maupun pesan WhatsApp, mulai Senin 11 November 2024. Layanan yang diberi nama Lapor Mas Wapres itu diumumkan kepada publik melalui akun Instagram @gibran_rakabuming yang diunggah pada 10 November 2024.

Dalam unggahannya, Wapres Gibran membagikan poster berlatar biru dengan ilustrasi wajahnya, menyertakan informasi terkait layanan pengaduan yang dapat diakses oleh publik. Dalam poster tersebut, disebutkan bahwa aduan dibuka setiap hari Senin hingga Jumat, pukul 08.00-14.00 WIB, dan dapat dilakukan di Istana Wapres, Jalan Kebon Sirih Nomor 14, Jakarta Pusat. Selain itu, masyarakat juga dapat mengajukan pengaduan melalui WhatsApp ke nomor 081117042207.
