Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika (Kemkominfo) telah meningkatkan kapasitas internet menjelang libur Natal dan Tahun Baru (Nataru) 2023. Langkah ini dilakukan untuk memastikan bahwa masyarakat dapat menikmati layanan internet yang lancar dan stabil selama periode liburan.

Peningkatan kapasitas internet dilakukan dengan menambah bandwidth dan menambah jumlah BTS (Base Transceiver Station). Selain itu, Kemkominfo juga melakukan pemantauan jaringan secara intensif untuk memastikan bahwa tidak ada gangguan yang terjadi.

Kemkominfo berharap dengan adanya peningkatan kapasitas internet ini, masyarakat dapat dengan nyaman menikmati berbagai layanan online selama libur Nataru. Layanan online yang dimaksud antara lain streaming video, bermain game online, dan berbelanja online.
