Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Kemkomdigi) mengajak platform digital seperti Snack Video untuk menggaungkan edukasi dan komunikasi publik Pilkada Damai 2024. Kolaborasi ini bertujuan untuk melawan konten negatif seperti hoaks, ujaran kebencian, dan SARA selama Pilkada berlangsung. Kerjasama ini terbukti efektif dalam menekan konten negatif hingga 70%. Kemkomdigi mengajak seluruh platform digital untuk berperan aktif dalam menciptakan ruang digital yang sehat dan aman, terutama menjelang hari pencoblosan pada 27 November 2024. Platform digital diharapkan dapat melaporkan akun-akun atau konten yang mempromosikan hoaks atau ujaran kebencian kepada pemerintah. Dengan kerjasama yang harmonis antara platform digital dan pemerintah, diharapkan Pilkada 2024 dapat berjalan dengan damai dan aman.
