Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital (Kemkomdigi) sedang berupaya untuk memastikan Pilkada Serentak 2024 berjalan dengan damai dan aman. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, mereka sedang melakukan literasi publik untuk mendorong partisipasi pemilih dan menjaga keamanan ruang digital. Kemkomdigi juga berkoordinasi dengan Badan Siber dan Sandi Negara (BSSN) dan Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN) untuk memastikan keamanan data hasil Pilkada Serentak 2024. Selain itu, mereka juga mendorong kolaborasi multipihak untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran konten negatif seperti hoaks, misinformasi, dan disinformasi di ruang digital selama Pilkada Serentak 2024 berlangsung.

Salah satu upaya Kemkomdigi dalam memastikan Pilkada Serentak 2024 berjalan dengan damai dan aman adalah melalui literasi publik. Literasi publik ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih dan menjaga keamanan ruang digital. Kemkomdigi bekerja sama dengan berbagai pihak, seperti media massa, organisasi masyarakat sipil, dan akademisi, untuk menyebarkan informasi yang benar dan akurat kepada masyarakat tentang Pilkada Serentak 2024.

Selain literasi publik, Kemkomdigi juga mendorong kolaborasi multipihak untuk mengantisipasi penyebaran konten negatif seperti hoaks, misinformasi, dan disinformasi di ruang digital selama Pilkada Serentak 2024 berlangsung. Kolaborasi ini dilakukan dengan berbagai pihak, seperti platform media sosial, penyedia layanan internet, dan organisasi masyarakat sipil. Kemkomdigi berharap dengan adanya kolaborasi ini, penyebaran konten negatif dapat diminimalisir dan Pilkada Serentak 2024 dapat berjalan dengan aman dan damai.
