Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan melakukan sosialisasi program makan bergizi gratis menu ikan untuk masyarakat di Pulau Untung Jawa, Kepulauan Seribu, dalam rangka ulang tahun ke-25 KKP, Selasa, 29 Okober 2024.

Wakil Menteri KKP Didit Herdiawan makan bergizi gratis merupakan program unggulan dari Presiden Prabowo. Adapun, inisiatif program ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan gizi bagi anak-anak hingga Ibu hamil.
Didit menambahkan, bahwa tidak hanya di Pulau Untung Jawa, kegiatan MBG ini juga disimulasikan serentak di UPT KKP seluruh Indonesia dengan lebih dari 32 ribu peserta. Didit menyebut simulasi itu juga sebagai kegiatan Gemarikan, yang menyasar kelompok prioritas seperti anak sekolah, ibu hamil, dan ibu menyusui khususnya di kalangan masyarakat pesisir.
