UMKM Akan Dilibatkan pada Program Makan Bergizi Gratis

Staf Ahli Kepala Badan Gizi Nasional Ikeu Tanziha menyebutkan Program Makan Bergizi Gratis akan bekerjasama dengan supplier dan UMKM setempat. Keterlibatan UMKM setempat sebagai pemasok bahan baku makan bergizi gratis ditujukan untuk memantik perputaran roda perekonomian di wilayah tersebut.

Program makan bergizi gratis akan dimulai pada Januari 2025, dengan target 19, 47 juta orang. Sasaran dari program makan bergizi gratis yakni anak-anak sekolah dasar dan menengah, ibu hamil dan balita.

Badan Gizi Nasional akan bekerjasama dengan TNI dalam pendistribusian MGB tersebut. Ada sebanyak 50 titik kodim di Pulau Jawa, dan 32 titik di luar pulau Jawa. Pemerintah juga memastikan agar pengelolaan MBG harus dikelola secara transparan, karena melibatkan banyak kementerian dan lembaga, dana yang besar, periode pelaksanaan yang panjang dan konstan, dan wilayah Indonesia yang sangat luas.
