KKP Gelar Makan Bergizi Gratis di 29 Provinsi

Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan (KKP) menggelar uji coba program makan bergizi gratis di 29 provinsi di Indonesia. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendukung program makan bergizi gratis yang dicanangkan oleh Presiden Prabowo Subianto dan memperingati Hari Ikan Nasional. Lebih dari 169.000 peserta, terutama anak-anak sekolah dasar, terlibat dalam kegiatan ini.

KKP bekerja sama dengan 147 unit pelaksana teknis di 29 provinsi dan melibatkan pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah setempat untuk menyediakan menu ikan dalam program makan bergizi gratis. Kegiatan ini juga menjadi kesempatan untuk mempromosikan produk perikanan domestik dan mendorong kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Direktur Jenderal Penguatan Daya Saing Produk Kelautan dan Perikanan KKP, Budi Sulistio, mengungkapkan bahwa Indonesia memiliki ketersediaan ikan yang berlimpah dan ikan lokal sudah dikenal oleh masyarakat. Dengan program makan bergizi gratis, KKP berharap dapat meningkatkan konsumsi ikan di masyarakat dan mendukung kesehatan masyarakat Indonesia.
